Tiredness - What is it?

After a long day at work, or playing a strenuous sport a person might experience tiredness. At times they could be mentally exhausted and want nothing but to sleep.
Tiredness could also be due to some illness and if this occurs way too often, it must be looked into and immediately treated.

Apples are wonderful fruits that are sweet and crunchy. They can be used while making cider, or apple pies. A few slices of apple in the morning will pep the day and boost your energy levels.
  • Make it a habit to eat at least 1 apple everyday to beat fatigue. When you are feeling tired, pop a few slices of this wonderful fruit and you will feel instantly fresh.

Natural Treatments for Tiredness with Vegetables:

There are so many vegetables, and yet we use only a few because we do not like the rest. But there are some vegetables that are good in taste and for our body. They contain necessary nutrients and give us all the vitamins and minerals we need.
  • Having 2 carrots everyday will keep you awake and your system raring to go.
  • Celery sticks are also good for health. If you are feeling sleepy, take a few bites off the celery.
  • Cucumbers, the green tube like vegetable is wonderful in beating fatigue. Having a couple of slices along with your meal will have you up and ready to go for a couple of hours.

An herb that is used mostly in pasta and pizza has a strong flavor and helps boost our metabolism.
