Home Remedies For Menstruation Pain

Menstruation Pain Home Remedies with Aloe Vera and Black Pepper:

To reduce pain during your menstrual period, combine Aloe Vera juice with black pepper.
Aloe Vera can provide a soothing relief to the pain associated to menstruation. Take one tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice with a pinch of black pepper thrice daily. This should do the trick.

Natural Treatments for Menstruation Pain with Cumin Seeds:

Cumin seeds happens to be the most popular remedy for menstrual pain, as it contains nutrients that could relive the cramps normally present during one's menstrual period.
Without using oil, roast a good quantity of cumin seeds using a regular sized, non-stick pan. Wait until its pungent. Set aside until it's cool. Take a teaspoonful of roasted cumin seeds and chew it well.

Menstruation Pain Remedies with Ginger Tea:

Ginger tea provides a warm feeling in the abdominal area while increasing blood circulation. It can relax muscle cramps and ease menstruation pain.
To make ginger tea, boil 6 ounces of ginger roots in 1 quart of water for 10-15 minutes. You can drink the solution or you can also just use it as a warm compress. Dip a hand towel in the tea. Place it directly on the painful part of lower abdomen.

Menstruation Pain Home Remedies with Oregano Leaves:

Oregano leaves are known for its antispasmodic properties that could relax the muscles and relieve menstruation pain.
Boil some oregano leaves in 1 glass of water. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Drink the solution while its warm and lie down for a few minutes to rest.
