Leg cramps are often painful. When the muscles in the lower extremities tighten, leg cramps occurs.

Leg Cramps Home Remedies with Apple Cider Vinegar:

A bottle of vinegar is very useful in eliminating pain. Vinegar, most especially apple cider, has natural ingredients for aches that offer no side effects.
To use vinegar for leg cramps, mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. You can add a tablespoon of calcium lactate and half a glass of water to the solution. Drink it and leg cramps won't come back.

Natural Treatments for Leg Cramps with Banana:

Banana is a fruit that happens to be rich in potassium. Potassium helps regulate the fluids of the body. Eating at least two long pieces of bananas everyday will keep leg cramps away.

Leg Cramps Remedies with Yellow Mustand:

Yellow mustard contains turmeric that helps alleviate the pain caused by leg cramps.
Acetic acid is also present in mustard and it aids the body in making more acetylcholine. When you feel leg cramps coming, all you have to do is to eat 1 to 2 teaspoons of mustard. The pain should be gone in 10 seconds tops.
