Vinegar has medicinal properties that can help soothe strains, sprains, tendonitis, and foot pains.
To use vinegar for foot pains, combine equal parts of water and vinegar. Heat it over low fire. Remove it from heat once it becomes warm. Soak in a towel to the solution. Wring the towel and wrap it around the painful part of the foot. Leave it there for five minutes. Do the same steps again, but this time, use cold water. Repeat all the steps three times everyday.

Treat Foot Pain with Asparagus:

Asparagus is a natural diuretic. It can flush out all excess fluids out of your system and that could help a lot in addressing foot pain due to fluid retention.
To take asparagus for foot pain, just steam it and eat as usual. The fresher the asparagus is, the better the effects will be.

Natural Treatments for Foot Pain with Epsom salts:

Epsom salts produces a soothing relief to the feet. This is the reason why it is very effective for foot pains.
It can revitalize your old and tired feet in no time. Just put two tablespoons of Epsom salt in warm water. Soak your feet in it for fifteen minutes. Pat your feet dry. Moisturize to keep your feet from drying.

Natural Remedies for Foot Pain with Cayenne pepper:

Cayenne pepper could help relieve the pain associated to foot problems. It contains capsaicin that can warm a cold foot.
