Lemon juice could also help in clearing up your dizzy head.
Lemon juice has medicinal properties that help relax the veins that lead to the brain.
  • Just mix it with water, add some black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir the solution once and drink it up.

Cayenne could help address nausea, dizziness, and cramps in a person.

Cayenne can help you get rid of dizzy spells fast.
