Home Remedies For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Treatments for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Lavender Oil and Mint Oil:

Rest your hands in warm water in pan with a few drops of lavender oil or mint oil. Lay it there for 30 minutes. This will give you pain relief for Carpal tunnel syndrome. Lavender oil or mint oil produce a soothing effect in the hands.

Treatments for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Ginger:

Ginger is a proven herbal medicine for a long time now.
  • To use ginger for carpal tunnel syndrome, just put 50 grams of ginger in a mortar. Mince it. Then spread it on your hand. Bind it with cloth then let it stand over the night.
