Home Remedies for Asthma with Lemon:

Lemon has a lot of vitamins therefore really good for health problems.
You can use lemon in cooking by slicing it or squeezing it or you can drink its juice.
Lemon is really tasty as an addition to salads or in tea. It can also be used in cosmetics and for aromatic use.
  • Squeeze 1 lemon, take the juice and add half amount of water. Mix together and drink a few sips several times a day.

Treat Asthma with cabbage:

Cabbage is a vegetable that has a lot of virtues. The cabbage can be used as a home remedy since it has many minerals and vitamins. The cabbage can be eaten fresh or cooked, in a salad or as a dish. Some people also drink the cabbage as a juice for its health benefits.
  • Take one cabbage, slice it and put it in a blender, add some water and blend until you get a cabbage juice. You can also add a sweetener so it will taste better. Drink the juice a few times a day.

Natural Treatments for Asthma with cranberries:

Cranberries are sour sweet fruit. It has many health benefits.
It can be eaten fresh or added in baking or salads, or also as a juice, added to alcohol, jam and more.
It's very good for inflammatory, heart disease and more, therefore a lot of home remedies can be made out of cranberries.
  • Fill up a pot with water, let the water boil and add some cranberries. Cook on a low heat until the cranberries are soft. When softened, take it off and drain the water. Mash the cranberries and eat 1 tablespoon a day.
